Delivery time

We aim to make delivery within 15 working days, however delivery times may vary by destination. Please note our couriers cannot deliver to PO boxes. For more information see our Frequently Asked Questions or contact our team for help.

Taxes and duties

International customers should be aware that taxes and duty charges are the responsibilty of the customer and/or recipient.

Restricted product

We may not be able to ship some products available on our website to territories outside of the UK because of international customs and product restrictions. If these products are attempted to be delivered in restricted areas, they may attract a duties charge, which is the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to decline a purchase request on selected items, and cancel your order with a full refund. Please check with your local customs office for a full list of restricted products and imports.

Resending orders

If you are concerned about the timely arrival of your order, please contact our team. Due to varying timescales for international customs procedures, if you do not receive your order within 30 days of the original dispatch date, we reserve the right to review the missing or delayed order on a case by case basis.
